About the Space
Peaceful retail recording studio, located at the forefront of Georgetown's boujee Palisades neighborhood, right behind the school's main campus. Only a few minutes to get to and from the Arlington and shopping outlets on M St, but we have some local corner stores within 5 minutes walking from the studio and they offer some of the best deli sandwiches around. Two-level open floor design with separate studios for recording (Studio B) and production (Studio C). Equipped with/ up-to-date industry standards for photography, videography, and engineering, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Pro-Tools, Logic, and Ableton. With an open reception on the first floor and an empty room with amazing natural light. The second floor features wide open space from the moment you get upstairs. A Bluetooth speaker is built into the ceiling fan, with/LED lights that have an RGB remote-controlled feature for changing the setting and mood of the room.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
