Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is overhead lighting in the space, along with a starry fibre optic ceiling tiles. They can all be controlled via a lighting controller in the projector room.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Our studio is fully soundproof from the outside world. They are old post-production suites, which handled sound design and mixing for Warner Brothers.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded from the front of the building into the main reception and lift lobby. The lift can be used to take equipment up to the studio on the first floor. There is also a loading bay at the back of the building with a rear stairwell to the first floor.
Staging area is available
The bar can be used for breakout space up until 4 pm. We offer a green room and make-up space as an add-on.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The building has other studios and offices within the building. We ask our guests to keep to the bar and the floor in which they are filming.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are 6 outlets in the room. If you need access to the circuit breakers speak to one of our team members.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Return the studio to its original setting after use.
- Alcohol is not permitted unless from the onsite bar.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Any furniture in the studio can be removed and stored elsewhere in the building.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
