About the Space
Our soundproof green screen studio is perfect for mocap, videography, product photography, and advertising. Its flexibility empowers you to realise any creative vision. Enjoy the added edge of on-set audio recording. Additionally, we offer the option to switch backgrounds to black or white upon request.

There is no natural light. We do provide some lighting for the green screen, additional lighting can be provided on request.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded from the front of the building into the main reception and lift lobby. The lift can be used to take equipment up to the studio on the first floor. There is also a loading bay at the back of the building with a rear stairwell to the first floor.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The building has other studios and offices within the building. We ask our guests to keep to the bar and the floor in which they are filming.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
