About the Space

This is a perfect setting for hosting an event, a photo or video shoot, an interview, a podcast recording, or any other meeting or creative project that needs a high-end, professional setting with incredible natural light. Video Tour https://vimeo.com/912729834/2359b642d4 The Lounge area has two living room settings, two 8' tables with seating for 16, and floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls. It's a perfect setting for seating people, photo and video shoots, and interviews. The Office/Conference room has four electric desks for sitting or standing that combine to form a large conference table, a living room, and three bistro tables. It's perfect for a meeting, interview, podcast, or just having a place to work for the day. The Kitchen area has a full kitchen with an island bar with four seats. This works well for photo and video shoots, or setting up food and refreshments for a bite to eat. The Phone Room is a small, private room for making phone calls, or doing a more intimate interview or shoot. There are two ADA restrooms with plenty of room to change clothes or do makeup. Both restrooms have lots of light, mirrors, and clothes hooks. You will have access to the entire space during your rental. There are also three wide-screen monitors, a color laser printer, forty-eight white folding chairs, nine 4' folding tables, and two 6' folding tables that can be used for extra seating. The space is located on historic Oak St in downtown Roanoke, TX. Roanoke is known for incredible dining and shopping, and it's all within easy walking distance from our space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
