About the Space
Beachfront Condo on the Sand is as it sounds - open the sliding glass doors and you are on the patio - on the sand! This is one of a half dozen condos that is literally on the sand in all of Long Beach. You are not limited to a small balcony or patio. Your yard is The Beach! A photoshoot here has unlimited possibilities- set up the volleyball net. Or, do you have a beach filming permit and need a location close by for equipment or catering? This is the spot! The living room has two sets of glass sliding glass doors that open up to gorgeous Long Beach!

Parking description
1 free underground garage space. Others may be available for rent at a day rate. Free street parking with street sweeping restrictions. (Ask for schedule) Beach parking lot at Los Alamitos and Ocean Blvd is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Lighting description
In the living room there are two sets of sliding glass doors. You can cover any windows. There is also an awning that opens up that can block a lot of the direct sunlight.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The beach bike path is right outside and sometimes ppl play music s they ride by. Other than that, it is very quiet here. No AC/s or noise from neighbors.

Equipment loading description
We are on the beach level so you can enter from the beach. Productions usually drive their production vehicle right up to the beach entrance. Or, you can park in the garage which is off of Ocean Blvd. If you do that, then you can take the elevator down to the Beach level.

It is a condo and each unit has their own circuit breaker.

Health and Safety Measures
Professionally cleaned and disinfected before each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
