Scott-Arleta neighborhood, this space features a modular layout that can be easily rearranged to fit your needs. With a cozy, creative ambiance, and plenty of houseplants, this spot offers an inspiring backdrop for strategy sessions, team-building or retreats. When not in use for rentals, the space doubles as a DIY workshop space and retail store*, adding a creative, lived-in vibe with a variety of fixtures and DIY-centered decor. Additional seating is available, making it easy to accommodate small to medium-sized groups. Whether you're hosting a workshop, training session, happy hour, potluck, party, or an off-site meeting, this flexible, character-filled space provides the perfect blend of functionality and warmth. You are always welcome to bring in your own folding tables. We have 15 regular height chairs you could use for any regular height tables you brought. For primarily seated gatherings, not requiring tables, the max seating we can accomodate is ~35. For primarily standing gatherings, the space can accommodate ~ 75, especially if they are moving in and out. - DISPLAYS: This is an active teaching and retail space. Our fixtures, displays, products and communications will remain in place during your rental. - NEIGHBORS: There are residential and commercial tenants who share the building with us. This is not a good venue for late night events, amplified live music or DJs playing louder than at a background level.
