Our Brentford studio is over 700 square feet. Our spacious studio features expansive windows on the third floor, flooding the space with natural light and offering captivating views. Parking options

Parking description

Visitors get 30 minutes free then any additional parking will need to be paid for via paybyphone using the unique site code that is on the signage out front. There is also a carpark located next to the building. Please park in the bays marked in a blue 'P' sign and scan the barcode on the wall to pay. We will NOT be held responsible if you are issued a penalty for not paying. Please note that parking is entirely at the owner’s risk and Lounge Studios can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle parked on site.

General Rules

Due to high demand, we cannot refund, cancel, or reschedule bookings made on weekends. For weekdays, refunds won't be issued for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your booking. Please make sure to start and finish on time within your booking slot as there may be other clients straight after your booking If, on the day you’d like to extend your hours please contact us to see if there’s any availability after your time slot. If available, extra hours are charged at the normal cost Any furniture or prop that is found broken, stained, or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item DO NOT put your shoes on or stand on the couch Please CLOSE the door when you leave the studio No alcohol allowed in the room Outside catering is allowed Events are allowed to be held in the space but we must be notified as rates differ No smoking in the building

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have installed motion-sensing CCTV in the room that only records when it detects movement. All CCTV footage is deleted after 72 hours to ensure the security of the studio and your safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned very well everyday when there are bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
