About the Space
Our space currently hosts array of events, such as movement art/dance classes, showcases, DJ events, and vendor events. The warehouse is 4,000 sq ft, and has 3,000 sq ft that has sprung wood flooring, and a 1,000 sq ft that is concrete. It is an aesthetically very appealing space for filming, photo shoots, meditation, creative arts event, etc. The warehouse use also avails the common room (a large gathering space that has a banquet table and a large L shaped couch), two restrooms, a small kitchen with a sink and a fridge, and a front lobby area that is well curated.

We clean our space after each rental use and keep the space as spotless as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
