Dream Event in gorgeous back yard Weddings, birthday celebration, retirements, baby showers, gender reveals, family pool day Award ceremonies, bachelor, bachelorette parties, barmitz’vah, quinceanera. We are open to host other events as well **BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY PARTY NOW** An event space for every reason and every season, including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and more! Full bathroom suite available for a flat fee of $150 Portable bathroom available with booking Foldable tables available for a flat fee of $10 Chairs available for a flat fee of $5 Full kitchen available $35-Appointment fee. If event is booked the $35 fee will go toward your booking. (Choose 1-5 guests on the app and choose your time/date for the appointment tour.) Please note the price is based on number of guests you have per hour. $ 35 per hour is based on 1-5 guests per hour.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fantastic venue! The host was incredibly accommodating and really helpful in the booking, setup, and teardown process. Great atmosphere for a large outdoor gathering, and the pool access was a nice touch! Would definitely book this space again and recommend to others!

John A. Was originally professional appearing. However, upon the event proceeding he became extremely unprofessional. He intruded 30-45 minutes earlier than my booking ending and disrupted my guest. He abrasively entered my event without shoes and aggressively informed one of my elderly guest members that they needed to clean up rapidly and quicker stating, “ I have another party clean that table up for me!”. Furthermore, he attempted to make an advance at my wife, and stated leave the kids and we can come inside the home to my bedroom office and discuss the bill; this was odd due to the booking being under my name and account. She then prompted him to discuss any financial matters with me. I’m disheartened due to this app being referred to me by a trusted source and me believing that I could plan an intimate family gathering. He ruined the occasion and embarrassed me significantly. When I attempted to intervene and absolve the incident, he bewildering stated, “ I am a retired North Las Vegas Police Officer!” We hurriedly moved quicker due to concerns for our general safety of my unborn child, wife, elementary school aged children and my elderly guest. My elderly in-laws stated to me, “Why did you get me into this?, Please make sure we hurry up and clean to make sure I’m safe. I’m scared he might hurt us”. I ensured that we vacated quickly before our reservation ended and didn’t even complete the gender reveal or event due to fear, embarrassment and overall unprofessional conduct. This may be an isolated event with this host and not be an overall reflection of the other host on this app. However, I’m sorry I trusted this source and encourage those to heed warning of this host.
