About the Space
We offer our beautiful beachfront villa right off PCH! Truly one of the most instagrammable houses in Los Angeles. A peaceful escape from the city just steps away from the ocean. The Tulum-inspired outdoor space has a masterfully laden saltwater pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna, lush gardens, a fireplace, and a lounge area. The villa is no stranger to hosting high profile events and productions in the past (Disney, The Oasis, J.Lo, Joe Dispenza etc.) so we are thrilled to join the Peerspace community. Available for events, filming, photography, commercials, and high-end production. The entire lot is is 5532 sq ft and the interior is 2603 sq ft. There is a public parking lot onsite. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Beautiful property! Had my bday event here. There’s direct beach access. Lovely place. And Yerahm is very responsive and very helpful! Didn’t know he’s a DJ too otherwise I would’ve just had him DJ for the event! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful space and much more spacious than it looks in photos. What a gem in terms of easy parking accessibility, large pool, infrared sauna, massage, meditation and soundbath room. Host was so helpful and I had such an amazing photoshoot. Easy check in with a self-help code, plenty of parking for crew, and the lighting is beautiful. Will refer all my clients here.
