About the Space

Modern architectural home. Open format and layout ideal for filming. Lots of natural light throughout the home. Large backyard with 3 car garage that can be used for storage. We are a family passionate about art, film, theater, and music, and love exploring new creative experiences. Our family is exploring the idea of hosting and producing events from our home because we have a lot of space that is not used currently. We love hosting personal events at our place, from movie nights and art showcases to cozy musical evenings with friends. Our home is all about bringing people together for fun and creativity. Looking forward to sharing great times for your special events. Please note we have added lots of beautiful landscaping to our backyard.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
