This is a plaza with about 60+ parking spots. This is shared with all the businesses in the plaza but it typically several available.
General Rules
House Rules for our Versatile Art Studio & Event Space for Creative Gatherings
1. Booking & Access:
- Booking must be made in advance.
- Access to the space is granted 15 minutes before the event starts time.
2. Event Hours:
- Events must conclude by 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
- Cleanup time must be included within the booked hours.
3. Capacity:
- Maximum capacity is 50 people.
- Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons.
4. Setup & Cleanup:
- Setup and cleanup are the renter's responsibility.
- The space must be returned to its original condition.
- A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is not adequately cleaned.
5. Noise Levels:
- Please keep noise levels respectful, especially after 9 PM.
- Live music and DJs are allowed, but noise must be controlled.
6. Food & Beverages:
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Alcohol can be served but NEVER sold.
7. Decorations:
- Decorations are allowed but must be removed without leaving damage.
- No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives.
8. Furniture & Equipment:
- All furniture and equipment must be used responsibly.
- Any damages will be charged to the renter.
9. Smoking & Substances:
- No smoking or illegal substances are allowed inside the studio.
- Designated smoking areas are provided outside away from the entryway of the studio.
10. Respect the Art:
- Please be mindful of any artwork or installations.
- Do not touch or move artwork without permission.
11. Pets:
- No pets allowed, except for service animals.
12. Security:
- The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the event and possible legal action.
13. Insurance:
- Event insurance is recommended but not required.
- The renter is liable for any damage or injury occurring during the event.

Before the Event:
Surface Cleaning:
Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and shelves.
Clean windows and mirrors to ensure they are streak-free.
Floors:
Sweep and mop all floors to remove any dust or debris.
Restrooms:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Trash Disposal:
Empty all trash bins and replace liners.
Ensure the trash area is clean and odor-free.
Supplies Check:
Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and accessible for use during and after the event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
