About the Space
The Photography Studio is natural light filled space located in the heart of the iconic NE Minneapolis Arts District. The Studio dazzles with 20 ft tall ceilings, exposed white brick, and large South facing windows. An 8X9 ft rolling wall painted black on one side, natural pine on the other, easy-to-move handmade backdrops in four different colors, fresh white walls on all sides, and various props are included in your rental. A dreamy location best for photo sessions and portraits up to 8 people.

Parking description
There are designated parking spots for the 1330 Quincy. Usually there are at least two or three spots open. If not, there is free street parking.

Lighting description
I have 2 large South facing windows in the studio. They can be fully opened or covered with light filtering curtains, but they do not fully block out the light. The space is always bright but generally midday is brightest.
Space is not soundproof

The building is generally pretty quite but you can occasionally hear music or speaking from neighbors.

There are quite a few outlets to be used in the studio but this is not a space for a large production.

General Rules
I charge overtime fees, so it's very important that you manage your time wisely, so you are out of the studio at the end of your session time. It is important to be respectful to the guests that also have booked so they may start on time.
No smoking or lighting of candles in the building.
Please remove studio garbage upon exit.
Photo studio is to be reserved for photo shoots only.
No pets unless a service animal.
Alcohol is allowed in the building but please use with respect and discretion.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Feel free to use anything in the studio but put back where you found it.
No smoke machines allowed

Health and Safety Measures
I personally clean the studio between each use. This includes sweeping, wiping down high touch surfaces, and making sure backdrops and glass aren't covered in finger prints, and
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
