Massive storefront, flexible event space, pop-ups, podcasts, listening parties/sessions, music, clothing/fashion, film, comedy most events welcomed. NYFW ready. Open to ideas as well. This beautiful storefront was once a NYC staple nightlife club. That should give you an idea of the capabilities and size of the venue. The venue has an upstairs section that can be used for long-term pop-ups/ installations/VIP sections/ a stage. (inquire for rates and further details) Owners and directors are open-minded so shoot us an idea if your category wasn't listed above! We also have a basement with an office and media center in the building!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
