Ready to create your moment? Detroit Circle Center offers a distinctive space near downtown Detroit. This two-story venue features eclectic architecture, an urban loft vibe, and customizable spaces, making it a perfect venue for photography, videos, gatherings, corporate events, live music performances, and more. All prices are starting rates and will vary depending on the event, guest count, season, day of the week, and overall demand.

Ample metered parking in front of our building. After 8 pm and Sundays street parking is free.
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
Events with alcohol are allowed but must use our bartender
Any major design or decor must be approved beforehand
All events will have a designated venue liaison present
Some vents may require security
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Recording devices at the entrance and inside the common areas of our event space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean before and after each event in our space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
