At our Event Space in Westland, our motto is "We Don't Do 1-Hour Setups" - and we mean it. When you book a full day with us, you get generous unlimited setup time included at no extra cost. Arrive early, stay late, and prepare without feeling rushed. Just freedom to prepare at your own pace. Plus, our affordable rates give you the best value in town. No surprise fees, just honest pricing and flexibility. Our open-concept space acts as a blank canvas that can be transformed into anything you can imagine: The Perfect Event Space For Any Occasion! •Milestone birthday parties • pop-up shops •Professional photoshoots/content •bridal showers/ baby showers • family repasts •prom send-off celebrations ...and so much more! Ask about our specials and offers. FYI: •Saturdays are mandatory Full day rentals $700-900 plus $75 non refundable cleaning fee •Weekdays can be booked by the hour minimum 4 hours •Booking specials for any out dated booking 30 days or more (Ask about the discount) •We have monthly promotions discounts and offers so don’t hesitate to ask how you can save at our event space. •We have a 2 room event venue! •Full day rental is 8 hours with extra time to set up and clean up ! •Ask about our Class of 2025 Promotional Prices

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
