Parking description

We are pleased to offer ample free parking for all guests using our flex space. Our parking lot is conveniently located in front of the building, ensuring easy access to the venue. With plenty of spaces available, you and your guests will never have to worry about finding a spot. The lot is well-lit and monitored for added security, providing peace of mind whether you're hosting a daytime event or an evening gathering. Additionally, there are designated accessible parking spots close to the entrance to accommodate all guests. We strive to make your experience as seamless as possible, starting with hassle-free parking.

General Rules

Respect the Space: Please treat with care. Any damages to the property or furnishings may result in additional charges. No Smoking: a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas outside may be used. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is allowed only with prior approval. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol. Noise Levels: To respect our neighbors and maintain a pleasant atmosphere, please keep noise levels reasonable. Quiet hours are from 12 AM to 8 AM. Clean Up: Please leave the space as you found it. Dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles and ensure any used equipment or furniture is returned to its original position. Event Hours: All events must end by the agreed-upon time. Additional charges may apply for events that run over the scheduled time. Capacity Limits: Adhere to the maximum capacity limits specified for each area of the venue. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons. Parking: Utilize designated parking spaces only. Ensure that all vehicles are parked in the provided lot and do not block entrances or exits. Security: For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are in operation. Please report any suspicious activity to staff immediately. Decorations: Temporary decorations are allowed but must not damage the space. No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives are permitted. All decorations must be removed at the end of your event. Pets: Pets are not allowed inside unless they are service animals with prior approval. Conduct: All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by staff may result in immediate termination of the event. Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Hosts are responsible for the safety and behavior of children attending their event.

All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and restrooms, are disinfected using high-grade cleaning products. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped to ensure a pristine environment. During the Event: For events extending over several hours, our staff may perform light touch-ups in common areas and restrooms to maintain cleanliness. Trash receptacles are monitored and emptied as needed to prevent overflow. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we conduct a detailed cleaning to prepare the space for the next guests. All used linens are laundered, and any rented items are sanitized according to industry standards. High-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures, receive extra attention to ensure thorough disinfection. Regular Deep Cleaning: In addition to our event-specific cleaning, we schedule regular deep cleanings of the entire facility. This includes steam cleaning carpets, sanitizing air ducts, and performing maintenance checks on all HVAC systems to ensure optimal air quality. Special Measures: We adhere to all local health guidelines and recommendations to ensure our space meets and exceeds safety standards. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the venue for guest use. We provide clear signage to encourage proper hygiene practices among all attendees. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We are committed to providing a clean, welcoming environment for every event at Shine360. If you have any specific cleaning requests or concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
