Located at 2007 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53212. Built in 1892 and newly renovated 2 years ago, the building is located in the North Third Street Historic District and is minutes away from the heart of Downtown. There is 9,000 square feet available and has the look and feel of grandeur. It's a great size and has an open concept for any type of social event such as bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, yoga classes, rehearsal dinners, weddings, retirement parties, celebrations of life, corporate events, workshops, networking events, photoshoots, and more. Items included in the rental: - Sound system / mic - 2 LED TVs - Love seat sofas Additional charge for the following: - Chairs - Tables - Kitchen / sink / fridge We can also cater the event with delicious healthy food from our USDA and FDA certified kitchen. The developer and architect / design firm were recently awarded the 2024 Cream of the Cream City Award in the Commercial Restoration category for their work on building. The sky is the limit for this spacious and luxurious space.

This was the best place ever!!! We had our Sorority formal here and the space was just the right place!! They had an open concept, large counter space, fridge space, and table and chair use. This is just half of what the place actually offered. We will for sure be back!!
