About the Space
This multi-purpose, stunning space is a refinished century-old factory located in the transportation hub of Tacoma known as the Dome District. The venue is a facility for human connectivity as well as celebration of art, culture, tourism and business. We've hosted meetings, fashion shows, weddings, private birthday parties, non-profit fundraisers and more. Constructed in 1919 as a factory to house Tacoma Can Company, the unique building features vaulted ceilings with exposed, white-washed beams, and a delightful combination of contemporary and rustic accents laced throughout. Private and secluded yet in the middle of it all, with easy freeway access. There is a 250 seated capacity, and a 300 standing capacity.

Lighting description
There is natural lighting through a large bank of windows, facing East. These can be blocked with existing roller shades.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Once in the building, there is occasional ambient noise from a nearby coffee roaster warehouse. This is minimal, and intermittent, as this building is tucked away from any main street and protected by a green belt, on an embankment to the West.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading bay, that a box truck can back up to. This same bay has a paved ramp, to the side, that smaller trucks and vans can access. We also have an ADA ramp, that is typically utilized by tech crews to access the space.
Staging area is available
There is a greenroom, in our design production warehouse. We also have to generously sized restrooms, with mirrors and stalls.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
None of the areas pictured in the listing are off limits. We do have our corporate offices, upstairs, at the North end of the building. There is also a separate boardroom available for rent, that isn't a part of this space but can be secured for an added amount.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There is electrical all around the space, at 6-10 foot intervals, that regularly supports AV and full circumference can up-lighting. There are some 220 outlets, places strategically. The circuit breaker is accessible by onsite staff, who are available, if needed.

General Rules
-Outside catering, is allowed when using our list of preferred caterers.
-Food delivery is allowed, from a licensed food business (food truck, restaurant, caterer).
-Non-alcoholic bottled or canned beverages are fine, and can be brought in by organizers, attendees or food service personnel
-No smoking in the building, or the garden patio area.
-Alcohol allowed, ONLY when served by a licensed, insured bartending service
-Client is responsible for all trash and recycling removal, including any outdoor trash (i.e. from smokers who step into the parking lot to smoke).
-Boudoir photography is allowed. Filming of nude video and stills is not allowed (this is due to sanitary considerations)
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved with the supervision of the site host staff member. This person will be on-site, included in the cost, to answer questions and/or help with logistics.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are exterior, motion triggered security cameras at each entrance and the main gate.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All of our common spaces, and any food-prep and service areas, are cleaned and sanitized between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
