Industrial Luxury Located within a larger venue, this posh boardroom space has a banquet-style table that will comfortably seat 12 (up to 14, tight). There is added seating included, via a lush teal sofa. Tables for food and drink flank the room, complete with linens. Spacious, stylish restrooms are a short stroll away, through our larger venue space. The outdoor patio can be added on, if you want an exterior gathering space. Parking and wi-fi are free.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The room is cleaned between uses (wiped down with sanitizing products, vacuumed, dusted), as part of the rental fee. Guests are responsible for removing all trash from the room, including food, drink and recycling waste. A $300/bag charge, with a 1 bag minimum, will be charged for any trash left behind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
