There are up to 80 spaces, on site. Additionally, there is free street parking available, approx. 1 block away.

There is a bank of North-facing windows, which have curtains that can be open and shut.

The space is secluded, with minimal street noise. There is occasional noise from passing trucks and a train that is 3 blocks away.

Ground Floor

There are loading areas via the ADA access ramp, and a bay door. There are no stairs to deal with, unless entering via the garden gate, which has 3 shallow steps up, from the parking lot.

The lobby can be used as a green room.

You are renting the space seen in the photos, plus access to our lobby area (approx 13x13 room), and the restrooms. The rest of our venue is available, at added costs.

We have extensive electrical access for production crews. There will be a staff member, on-site, to assist, as needed.

-Outside catering, is allowed when using our preferred caterers. -Food delivery is allowed, from a licensed food business (food truck, restaurant, caterer). -Non-alcoholic bottled or canned beverages are fine and can be brought in by organizers, attendees, or food service personnel -No smoking in the building, or the garden patio area. -No alcohol allowed, unless served by a licensed, insured bartender. -The client is responsible for all trash and recycling removal, including any outdoor trash (i.e. from smokers who step into the parking lot to smoke). -Partial nudity (boudoir shots) are fine. Full nudity is a no-go.
