About the Space

This space is located right off the 101 freeway but you have been transported to a secluded ranch with a private stage. Beautiful views of the arroyo and mountains as well as lots of privacy. Tiered levels of the backyard make for interesting entertaining or filming options. Backyard (over an acre) is adorned with a stunning stage which really frames the view. An authentic barn (1000 square feet) has been converted to a two bedroom living space and it has so much character. Space can be rented with the barn rental or not. This property is great for photo shoots, events and filming. A very unique space in Thousand Oaks. We have lots of equipment for events: cocktail tables, 6 ft tables, folding chairs, backline sound for stage and more.
