The terrace offers sweeping views of lower Manhattan, ideal for a special occasion, photo shoot, or small private dinner. The space has a long table and chairs for 8 people, a seating area for 4-5, and a lounger as well as solar lights and plants. While the entire unit is not available (no bedroom access/limited living room use), the kitchen and bathroom are of course available for the event.
