The terrace offers sweeping views of lower Manhattan, ideal for a special occasion, intimate engagement, photo shoot, or small private dinner. The space has a long table and chairs for 8 people, a seating area for 4-5, and a lounger as well as solar lights and plants. While the entire unit is not available (no bedroom access/limited living room use), the kitchen and bathroom are of course available for the event. ADD ON SERVICES Champagne Package for Two - $150 A bottle of Veuve Clicquot will be chilled in the fridge accompanied by two champagne glasses for your engagement toast. “Marry Me” Light Up Letters Rental - $150 Light up letters will be stationed in the apartment for you to position to your liking outside. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
