General Rules
1. No smoking inside the house or on the property.
2. No parties or events allowed unless approved by host.
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
5. No pets allowed unless approved by the host.
6. Do not rearrange furniture or decor without permission.
8. Turn off all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems when checking out.
9. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
10. Inform the host immediately of any damages or issues during your stay.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is done professionally before and after any booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
