No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony/rooftop. If you do smoke, please do so outside the home and dispose of your cigarette butts properly. [FINE: $1000] Quiet hours: Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. No parties or events without prior approval: The property is not suitable for parties or events. Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and do not invite additional guests to the property without prior approval. [FINE: $1000] Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Excessive mess or uncleanliness may result in an additional cleaning fee. We also ask that you do not use white towels for heavy stain cleanup or makeup removal. To ensure a clean and sanitary home, please kindly place all trash in garbage bags, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and used towels and linens in the washing machine. [Fines may be imposed for excessive mess or uncleanliness] Trash: There is a city trash pick-up every Tuesday. You can place the trash bags in the black trash can located in the driveway. The green trash can in the driveway is of recyclables. Please do not place regular trash in the recycle bin. Any normal trash left on your day of departure will handled by the cleaning staff. Do not leave any trash or trash bags in the garage or driveway. [FINE: $300 for trash or trash bags found in the garage or driveway.] Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but must be approved in advance. The unit will accessed for damage after each stay. The host is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
