Welcome to Design + Revive Studio! To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following house rules: No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalow and in all outdoor areas. No Underage Drinking: Consumption of alcohol by individuals under the legal drinking age is not permitted on the property. No Firearms: Firearms and other weapons are not allowed on the premises. Cooking Restrictions: Use of the stove incurs an additional fee and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized use of the stove will result in a penalty fee of $250. Cleanliness: Please keep the space clean and tidy. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Report any spills or damages immediately to our staff. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors. Any amplified music must be approved in advance and comply with local noise ordinances. Event End Time: All events must conclude by 2 am, but exterior music must conclude 12pm. Cleanup and breakdown should be completed 30 minutes after scheduled rental time. Respect the Property: Do not remove or rearrange furniture or decor without prior approval. Any damages to the property or furnishings will be billed to the Client. Parking: Use designated parking areas only. Do not block driveways or access points. Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure children's safety, especially around outdoor areas. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Service animals are permitted with prior notification. Decorations: Decorations must be approved by our staff. No nails, tacks, or adhesives that could damage walls or surfaces without approval. Fire Safety: No open flames (candles, torches, etc.) are allowed without prior approval. Follow all fire safety regulations and procedures.
