Perfect for photo-shoots, video shoots, art exhibits, small gatherings/weddings, and live performances. Our 2500 square foot venue is industrial, yet clean, with panoramic views of midtown and downtown Manahattan, and the Hudson River. The space is relatively open, with massive pillars throughout, typical of raw industrial rooms. The windows have been newly installed and offer clear views to the East and North. There are rustic chandeliers and high ceilings, heating and a/c. As we are located in Union City right on the border of Jersey City there are many food options to choose from nearby. Highly rated restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance from the location. We do offer catering for a per person fee. There is a parking lot, loading dock, and freight elevator on site. We will provide a guide to help make parking and navigation through the building easier. As for amenities, the Yardley Penthouse has some unique offerings. We have an abundance of Fazioli and Steinway grand pianos available that can be used for either performance or props. Additionally we have furniture, lights, and even a motorcycle all of which can be added to the room for either photo/video shoots or parties. We offer the option of recording and live streaming your event or performance with a multi- camera setup, lights, and professional audio recording gear. In the near future we will have custom tables for events, as well as a stage and lighting.
