About the Space
Do you want a very unique event? Have you ever held your event amongst wine barrels and wine tanks? Are you looking for the coolest space in all of Portland... Well, look no further!! We have multiple event spaces. The most used is our loft space which overlooks the wine cellar. For larger groups, we offer event space in the wine cellar (for up to 100.) -Our Wine Loft is perfect for a mingling gathering of up to 35 -Wine Loft can also provide a seated meeting area for 15 - 20 -Our Cellar can hold up to 75 for mingling events -Seated events on the cellar floor for up to 40 people -We also have an outdoor patio space for up to 40 people (seated) Wine tasting and catering can be provided for an additional rate.

We have four different styles of wine glasses available. Premium Riedel crystal glasses.

30 folding chairs and some bar high back bar chairs
Small portable system for mic amplification with speaker. Available for rental add on.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely would rent this beautiful space again! Anne was incredibly easy to work with, very flexible and a gracious host. We loved hosting out company party here and will definitely be back!

Great venue!!! We hosted a holiday mixer for women surgeons at Helioterra. Anne and her team went above and beyond to meet our needs and set up a wonderful space for our event. There is a welcoming sitting area with tables on entry, a larger event space with bar, and a cozy loft with seating area that looks out over the main space. The lighting and decor was nicely set up, and we were able to easily add a few decorations of our own. They offered a bar service with wine, beer, a delicious cider prepared in house, and NA options. Street parking for guests was easy and plentiful in the surrounding neighborhood. Coordinating with Helioterra for the event was super easy and the wine (selection and quality) was excellent -- will definitely be back, for future events and as member of their wine club!

To say Anne and her space are stupendously accommodating is an understatement! She worked with us to turn the cellar into a fantastic dinner/lecture space for a local scientific society, complete with tables, linens, dinnerware, and refreshments. So excited to continue hosting events here!
