Industrial Warehouse Photo Space in Jack London Square

(Hello we are currently not renting the space, thank you ) Early 20th Century historic warehouse located in Jack London Square with a 5000 sq ft main floor with brick and concrete walls that are 25 feet high with 7 large skylights creating a natural light photo experience from early morning till sunset. Exposed redwood beams add to the character to this architecturally unique structure from another time of a bygone era in the Jack London Square Waterfront District, originally constructed for produce storage in the early 20th Century until the early 1960s. The space is filled with high end vintage Modern furniture imported from Denmark as well as vintage American Modern design and art. (IF THE FURNITURE AND OBJECTS ARE NOT NEEDED WE OFFER LOWER RATES FOR JUST THE SPACE RENTAL) There is an elevator that dates from the early 20th Century and stairs to a basement which creates a totally different experience that can be used. In addition there is also a 3000 sq ft mezzanine with windows on two sides of the building that allows plenty of natural light. Free parking along the building with 3 roll up doors for loading and unloading of photo gear, etc. There is speed WiFi on premises and two bathroom on premises. One thing to note, due to the structure being located at 3rd and Madison St and the Amtrak station a few blocks down, outside noise can be a concern. We have done a number of sound production projects in the building, but it may not be ideal as the building isn’t soundproof.
