Denver Dream: Insta-Perfect Content Creation House

Newly renovated home with 25+ selfie walls / Instagrammable photo ops! As a photographer myself, I’ve turned this home into a dream oasis for content creation with bright colors, unique backdrops, and a FUN and LIGHT atmosphere. Located 10 minutes from downtown Denver, and 15 minutes from Boulder, this home’s central location is ideal for the Denver Content Creator. You gain access to the entire house when you book Creator House Denver. Some notes on the layout: We have two full bathrooms, one located upstairs and one downstairs. UPSTAIRS: Modern open-concept kitchen, with funky bright-colored glassware and plates, fully stocked for 12 guests. Dining area with mountains mural (the actual silhouettes of Colorado 14ers!), seats 10-12 in the space, with a table that seats up to 8, and a bar with 4 barstools. Living room with a statement couch + chairs + coffee table, blue cloud wall (with neon sign), yellow wall, and full wall colorful mural. 3 highly themed bedrooms: - The Sunshine Room boasts an orange and yellow full-wall mural, yellow wall accents, and a dedicated workspace. - The Fairytale Room’s blush-colored flower wall (with a fun neon sign!) and hanging white wisteria flowers makes for the perfect backdrop for a dreamy, whimsical, or fantastical photoshoot. - The Secret Garden Room has its own unique flower wall, with sparsely hanging colorful floral suspended in front of a white wall. This room is wonderful for the light and bright boudoir photographer, or for a more neutral bedroom photo scenario. DOWNSTAIRS: Living room 2 boasts a large couch with a maximalist pink gallery wall, plus a greenery wall with a neon sign that says “caption this” (ideal for a Photo Booth - props provided! There is also a blue wall with a disco-balled power statement, and a blue wall with a pink retro phone. The Watercolor Room is our signature getting-ready room. Perfect for a bridal party, bachelorette party, private podcast recordings, etc - this room is one-of a kind with its wall-to-wall watercolor painted mural, and upscale wall with 6 vanity stations for 6 people to get ready at. The Bunk Room is bright and playful- our cozy bunk room sleeps 4 with two bunk beds, perfect for a fun-filled retreat or bachelorette party getaway. Seating: In total, we have - 8 indoor dining chairs - 4 barstools - 2 blue chairs upstairs - 12 outdoor dining chairs - 6 Adirondack style outdoor chairs All outdoor dining chairs can be brought inside if you need more chairs for an event - the places with space for an “audience” seating area at this time include: the watercolor room, and the outdoor space. However, the dining chairs can be moved into the upstairs living room if you’re hosting a meeting, or a baby shower, or a bridal shower. PARKING: The house is close to public transportation, and with free parking on the premises, plus free street parking, this house can accommodate a large guest list for events. (If you’re utilizing the outdoor space, you can host up to 35-40 attendees.) This is NOT a space for rowdy parties that go late into the evening - quiet hours are strictly enforced 10 pm-6 am. RATES: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: This space has a 3 hour minimum, at $300 / hour. You can book either a 9-12 time slot, or a 1-4 time slot. (Please note, the 1-4 time slot is unavailable on Thursdays) Weekend events/shoots (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) are available at a premium price, starting at $1K.
