Pets: Pets are allowed in the backyard but not inside the house. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 PM. Maximum Occupancy: Limit of 30 guests at any time. Clean Up: Please leave the space as you found it. Dispose of trash and recycling properly. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings. Parking: Street parking is available; please be mindful of local parking regulations. Check-in/Check-out: Be punctual with check-in and check-out times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I rented this space to host a birthday party for my mothers 75th Birthday and it was perfect! Just the right size, conveniently located, and with a great host! Ashlee was quick to respond to my messages and even helped us find a place to rent the tables. Everything went smoothly and I'd definitely book this space again.
