Here’s an overview of our meticulous cleaning process: 1. Post-Use Deep Cleaning: - After each use, all equipment and tools are meticulously cleaned and sanitised. 2. Weekly Deep Cleaning: - Once a week, we conduct a deep cleaning session that involves a thorough sanitisation of every nook and cranny of the studio. - All surfaces, including shelves, window sills, and behind furniture, are dusted and wiped down to eliminate any accumulated dust. - Our carpets are cleaned using professional-grade steam cleaners to remove any deep-seated dirt and stains. 3. Eco-Friendly Practices: - We prioritise the use of non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for both our guests and the environment. - Our cleaning process includes measures to reduce waste, such as using reusable cleaning cloths and minimising the use of disposable items. 4. Staff Training and Safety: - Our cleaning staff undergo rigorous training to ensure they follow best practices and safety protocols at all times.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
