Here’s what you can expect: Before Each Booking: - Thorough Cleaning: Our team conducts a deep clean of the entire space, focusing on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and equipment handles. - Disinfection: We use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize all surfaces, ensuring a safe environment for your activities. - Ventilation: We air out the space to ensure proper ventilation, reducing any potential airborne contaminants. After Each Booking: - Immediate Clean-Up: We start by removing any trash and leftover materials from the previous guests. - Surface Wiping: All surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant to eliminate any germs or bacteria. - Floor Care: Floors are vacuumed and mopped to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. - Equipment Sanitization: Any shared equipment, such as the arcade machine and ladders, are sanitized thoroughly. General Practices: Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer stations are available at the entrance and throughout the space for guests to use. Clean Supplies: We provide clean wipes and sprays for guests to use during their stay if they wish to maintain additional cleanliness. Masks and Gloves: Disposable masks and gloves are available upon request for guests who prefer an extra layer of protection. By adhering to these cleaning protocols, we ensure that our space is not only welcoming but also safe for all our guests. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
