About the Space
Welcome to our space! This industrial space is an 1800 square foot coastal inspired creative space in Costa Mesa, CA. This space is great for fitness classes, events, lifestyle photoshoots or team meetings. It has various rooms that segment it off for different uses. All the rooms are separated providing a unique segmented studio "journey", including a front lobby area, main studio, upstairs loft with kitchen and full bathroom and back storage room if needed. There are 2 separate entry points to provide you with an option for moodier lighting or bright & natural lighting with the roll-up garage door open. All the furniture, fitness props, tables, decor, plants, etc you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. The studio's design features large 7' backlit mirrors (can be turned on/off), infrared heat (can be turned on/off) and large light lanterns down the center. An AV sound system is also included and available for use. This space can truly be transformed into anything you want it to be! :)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a disinfecting wipe station, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
