500 sq ft space. Our studio is great for Podcasters, YouTubers, Contact Creators, Photographers, etc. We have a podcast area and photography area. High ceilings with large windows provide plenty of natural light. Blackout curtains and studio lights are available. Multiple backdrops, paper, and Muslin. Large enough space to create various scenes. The owner will be onsite or in the area for any assistance with equipment during each booking. Overhead AC for the upcoming summer. Onsite parking lot and elevator. Bathrooms are available outside of the space. 2 HOUR MINIMUM, THIS INCLUDES SET UP AND BREAKDOWN, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
