Prohibited Activities: To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, the following activities are strictly prohibited within the venue: A. Outside Food and Drinks: • Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from the Owner. • Catering services must be provided by approved vendors or through arrangements made with the venue. B. Alcohol Consumption: • Alcohol consumption is allowed only if prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Owner. • If alcohol is permitted, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the event without a refund. c. Smoking and Vaping: • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. • Designated smoking areas outside the venue will be provided if applicable. Guests must use these designated areas for smoking or vaping. D. Illegal Activities: • Any illegal activities, including the use of illegal drugs, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the event without a refund. Suspected illegal activities especially the use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the event without refund. E. Other Prohibited Activities: • Activities that may cause damage to the property, excessive noise, or disturbance to other guests and neighbors are prohibited. • The use of open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials is not allowed without prior written approval from the Owner. Violation of any of the above policies may result in immediate termination of the event, forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional charges for any damages incurred.
