We are a bar and event space located in Kingston, New York, featuring two rooms, with FOUR distinct spaces: the front bar, the back “stage” area, the cozy side lounge, and the beautiful backyard. We have a full liquor license until 4am and are fully staffed and open daily for service. The hourly rental price being quoted on this listing is for the bar and back lounge rental. Full venue rentals to book the entire space begin at $2,500.00 per 4 hr booking along with the guarantee at the bar. All private event bookings require a guarantee spend to be met at the bar. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL/DRINKS PERMITTED. The minimum guarantee is flexible depending upon day/time/event size/ and availability. This space features a unique blend of amenities, providing a flexible and versatile atmosphere for any private occasion. This venue is not only open daily but offers the possibility of a full venue rental, including the ENTIRE SPACE: the front bar room and back lounge, along with the super cozy side lounge and backyard, transforming it into a banquet hall worthy of your grandest celebration. The space offers a range of functionalities, from serving as a disco-infused dance studio to being your personal lounge for an evening. With its adaptable seating, this hall is perfect for: - Intimate weddings - Milestone birthday parties - Themed non-birthday events - Anniversaries and milestone celebrations - Sports fan gatherings - Movie screenings - Corporate events or company parties. We have an outside kitchen team offering a la carte and catering services. Menus available upon request. If you’d like to bring in outside catering, we ask for a $200.00 outside catering fee Full kitchen and prep area for seamless food preparation available for rent. Proper cleaning every night after service, every day prior to opening, as well as in between bookings to ensure a clean and safe space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
