Welcome to our panoramic serenity retreat! We offer ample parking options to accommodate your needs. Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 10 cars. For those preferring street parking, there is space for approximately 20+ cars alongside the street just outside our house. When driving to our house, you have a few options: 1. **Scenic Route**: This involves a bit of a windy and narrow hill leading directly to our house. It's a very picturesque drive but may require careful navigation for some. 2. **Alternate Route**: For a less narrow route, you can opt for an unpaved road or public hill leading to our house. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring your parking needs are met comfortably.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules: 1. **No Fireworks or Open Flames**: Due to the abundant vegetation in our area, no fireworks or any kind of open flame are allowed on the property. This is extremely important for the safety of our environment. 2. **No Firearms or Weapons**: Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. 3. **No Glitter or Similar Party Favors**: Glitter and similar party favors are not allowed without prior approval from the host. These items can be difficult to clean and may damage the property. 4. **No Underage Drinking**: All guests must comply with local laws including alcohol consumption. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. However, we do allow the following: - **Live Bands/DJ’S**: Feel free to book live bands or djs for your event. - **Outside Catering and Alcoholic Beverages**: You are welcome to bring in outside catering and alcoholic beverages. - **Smoking**: Smoking is permitted in designated areas. **Additional Information** - **Overtime**: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. - **Cleaning Fee**: A cleaning fee is not included in the hourly rate. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must tidy up after themselves, remove any equipment or rentals brought in, and factor setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. - **Event Insurance**: Required for events with over 15 guests. This can be easily and inexpensively obtained by Googling "Event Insurance" and purchasing from a highly rated vendor. - **Site Representative**: A Site Rep may be required for all events where alcohol is served or the pool will be used. If needed, the fee for a Site Rep will be $30/hour. - **Alcohol and Event Timing**: No alcohol consumption past 10pm and events must be over by 11pm. Please note that there will be additional fees based on Jacuzzi and fire pit usage. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before your event. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
