Street parking is available. It is conveniently exempt from payment for residential parking in our area. Please avoid parking in commercial or reserved zones, as vehicles may be subject to towing. Additionally, please note that parking in the garage is not permitted as exit is not accessible. Thank you for your cooperation!

We are in the loft on the second floor with South & West Facing windows clear of any obstruction for the best light possible. The studio is well lit all day. Pull down strings are available for every window blinds.

We are located in a fairly quiet side of downtown houston with very light traffic.

Stairs, Elevator

There are no ramps to the front door, but once you enter the building you can proceed up the stairs and straight down the hallway to the elevators.

Large Restroom

The space is equipped with multiple outlets.

CLEANING/DAMAGES Cleaning is included in the hourly rate, but we kindly ask guests to leave the space as tidy as they found it. Please respect the space by cleaning up after yourselves, including removing any equipment or rentals you bring in. Setup and teardown time should be factored into your booking hours. Please take care of our space by refraining from using sharp objects, nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will be charged to the credit card on file with Peerspace. OVERTIME Regarding overtime, please note that any additional time beyond your booking reservation will be billed in half-hour increments, as per Peerspace's policy. Please ensure that the space is vacated and all items brought into it are removed by the end time of your booking. Overtime charges will apply at a rate of 1.5 times our standard hourly rate. Thank you for your understanding. MISCELLANEOUS Smoking is strictly prohibited in the space. Glitter or confetti are not permitted. Open flames, frying, or any cooking that generates substantial smoke are also prohibited on site due to ventilation limitations. Please consult Peerspace's Terms and Conditions for additional rules. All ages are welcome in the space. Furniture and decorations can be rearranged Please be aware that security cameras are in operation for recording purposes.
