Parking description
You can park in the main lot, street or adjacent parking garage.
General Rules
You can bring in your alcohol and catering and have live music / DJ. You can bring in your furniture or tables/chairs.
You cannot smoke, set any type of fire, and maintain a vigilant eye on any candles lit.
The bathrooms get locked by the center at 9 pm
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are four security cameras, they remain on at all times. They are video only, very visible, two in the back of the store and two in the front.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
All trash needs to be removed upon leaving, along with any furniture or accent items that were brought in.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
