Open space concept photo and video studio with industrial vibes, perfect for photo sessions, family photo sessions, video shoots, product shoots, meetings, and more! Our main studio space has loads of natural light from large windows and skylights. In the main space, there is a variety of furniture, greenery, and accent walls. Several furniture options include a white futon sofa, two white accent chairs, a variety of stools, a dining set, and more. Exposed brick and antique hardwood floors showcase the style and character of the 130+ year-old building. Various accent walls, including vintage cameras, plant walls, brick walls, and a backdrop with white, black, and light gray available. Three large west-facing windows provide beautiful, filtered natural light. Blackout shades are available for quick blocking of light. Also available is a full dining area and kitchen. Refrigerator available stocked with complimentary beverages for you and your clients. Kitchen appliances are available for use. Our deck and backyard with turf grass are perfect for additional meeting space and provide an additional photo/video space with a variety of backgrounds. Two bathrooms are available.
