About the Space
Small private boxing gym looking over the private Scottsdale airpark The gym comes equipped with a 10x10 ring Some free weights 2. Custom heavy bags 1 treadmill The only thing you need to bring is gloves and wraps if you choose to hit the bags There are bathrooms and a water fountain right outside of the gym

General Rules
There is no smoking in the gym
No more than 4 people in the gym at a time
No dropping weights
No hitting the bags without gloves
No blasting music - music should be at a reasonable level
Gym hours are from 6am - 8pm unless agreed upon differently
Ages 18+
Security cameras and recording devices
There is 1 camera that will be turned on and surveilling in the gym at all times
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
A cleaner comes once a week to clean and disinfect the ring, bags, treadmill and weights
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
