### House Rules for Event Space 1. **Booking and Payment:** - All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. - Full payment is required before the event date. 2. **Event Hours:** - Events must start and end within the agreed-upon rental period. - Additional charges may apply for overtime. 3. **Capacity:** - Please adhere to the maximum capacity limit specified in your agreement. 4. **Alcohol Policy:** - Alcohol service must comply with local laws. - Only licensed bartenders are allowed to serve alcohol. 5. **Smoking:** - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. - Designated smoking areas are available outside. 6. **Noise Levels:** - Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable. - Music and loud activities must end by 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 7. **Decorations:** - Decorations must be approved by management. - No nails, staples, or adhesive tape that can damage surfaces. 8. **Clean-Up:** - The space must be returned to its original condition after the event. - A cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is required. 9. **Damages:** - Any damages to the property will be the responsibility of the renter. - A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after a post-event inspection. 10. **Safety:** - Ensure all emergency exits are kept clear. - Follow all fire safety regulations. 11. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund. - Late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. 12. **Respect for the Venue:** - Treat the space with respect and care. - Report any issues or concerns to the management immediately.
