We currently use this space to produce video podcasts and other interview/talking head videos. This space and equipment are available for use including studio-quality lighting, microphones, soundboard, cameras, video switchers etc...Very high production value. Use it to produce your own podcast or videos! If you need to use any of this equipment, you will need to add on the “producer” Alternatively, it is a great space for photo, video, or modeling shoots. Cool urban loft looks in the huge 30x50 warehouse/studio space, with furniture and a genuine throne chair. A more residential feel with natural light in the 15x15 front/office area. Bring your own furniture or props! You can even bring cars or motorcycles with a large garage door for the shoots. Very flexible! There are weights a squat rack and mirrors for fitness shoots....20' ceilings, backdrop stands, sandbags, and a full professional truss section are available for use. Nudity is allowed and the space is private. High-speed wifi, Mini fridge, full A/C control, and clean private bathroom/changing area.
