Welcome to our Multi-Set Studio Loft with Natural Light Downtown, a photography haven nestled near downtown Atlanta. Our versatile studio welcomes photographers, videographers, podcasters, events, and more. Need a photographer? No smoking in or around the building Furniture must be moved by multiple people. (Please do not drag) All moved furniture must be returned to its original location at the end of the rental. Swing must be replaced when finished. DO NOT MOVE PLANTS. Decoration, flowers, glitter, confetti, etc are to be removed by the end of the rental. DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS $100 fee if they are moved. Violation of any of the above rules and/or damages to property are subject to a fine of $50 minimum.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
