Our venue focuses on repast services and is adept at personalizing the space to reflect the personality and life of the deceased. This includes custom decorations, themed elements, and personalized touches that make the event more meaningful and memorable. Unlike multipurpose venues, a dedicated repast event space is always available for memorial services, ensuring availability and flexibility to meet the needs of grieving families.

General Rules
There is no Smoking, but there is an area outside in the back where smoking is allowed. Outside tents are permitted. Barbque grills are permitted.

There are cameras in each room except the bathroom, they will be on during events.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

. On-Going Maintenance:
• Assigned staff to monitor and clean high-traffic areas regularly.
• We Keep bathrooms stocked with supplies and clean throughout the event.
• We Promptly clean any spills or messes to maintain a clean environment.
Trash Management:
• We provide clearly marked trash and recycling bins.
• We Empty bins regularly to prevent overflow.

Kitchen and Catering Areas:
• We clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces and equipment used during the event.
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and serving items are cleaned and stored properly.
Thorough Cleaning:
• Mop all floors pre and post events
• Wipe down and sanitize all tables, chairs, and surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
