Key amenities include: • A expansive 25x36x25 foot white infinity cyc, towering 12 feet high. • A sophisticated lighting grid positioned at 13.5 feet for optimal illumination. • A dedicated blackout area on the opposite wall for precise control over lighting conditions. • A specialized 16-foot wide green screen enclave perfect for interviews and photography sessions. Our rates are based on the Stage A space alone. Additional spaces such as the greenroom and others can be included in custom packages tailored for larger projects: The comprehensive Stage A package features: • Stage A: A generous 2500 square feet shooting space. • Talent Room: A 120 square feet makeup and changing room. • Greenroom: A versatile 350 square feet conference room. • Exclusive access to the Lobby and other communal studio areas. Health and Safety Measures

Hosts must adhere to the following requirements: Cleaning Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and thoroughly clean the entire space. Ensure all common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances, are cleaned and sanitized. Hygiene Stations: Provide a handwashing station equipped with soap, warm water, and paper towels. Alternatively, hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol can be supplied. Maintenance of Host Amenities: Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, and any other amenities provided for guests' use. Garbage Disposal: Empty all garbage cans, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste. These measures are essential to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the comfort and safety of all guests. Thank you for your cooperation in upholding these requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
