The Industry House
About the Space
The Industry House is approx 3,000 sq ft in the house and over 4000 sq ft in the backyard. The backyard is almost the size of a soccer field. The house includes a living room, dining room, full kitchen, office room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a lovely family house and everything can be rearranged if needed based on what is being featured. A separate fee may apply for this.

A cleaning person is hired after each use. Please be aware of taking out trash after each use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
