3000 Sq.ft, open canvas event studio that features a foyer, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a movable bar, tables, and clear chiavari chairs. We have an on-site planning, design, and floral team that can flawlessly execute your every event need!! Our space is located in the heart of Bowie, MD away from high traffic and congested areas. We have a plethora of parking, open catering is welcome, and we require licensed bartenders on the premises to serve liquor. Whatever your dream event, this space can be transformed to match your vision! We allow weekday meetings for small to medium size groups. The following weekday meetings are allowed: workshops, seminars, conferences, photography/videography shoots, and wellness sessions. Loud music cannot be played before 6 pm Monday - Friday. If you choose to book a meeting in our space, it must be as described in the previous sentence and can only be booked during the week at a discounted rate. Weekends are reserved for parties and larger events.
